Separate sealed Bids for the construction of:
Ginger Welch Complex Roof Replacement and HVAC Repairs
will be received by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (Herein Called the “Owner”), at the Ginger Lynn Welch Complex, 810 Acquoni Road, Community Conference Room adjacent
to the Cherokee Life Center, Cherokee, North Carolina 28719 until 2:00 P.M. (Local Standard Time) on Thursday, May 27th, 2010.

The project consists of the installation of an 80 mil TPO membrane roof system on an existing standing seam roof and also includes HVAC repairs. Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Brandon Stephens, Building Construction Manager, Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, 810 Acquoni Road, Ginger Welch
Complex, Cherokee, North Carolina 28719. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for construction of Ginger Welch Complex Roof Replacement and
HVAC Repairs and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of the Bidder, his address and his license number. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Owner. All bidders shall submit the required qualification package included in the Contract Documents to be deemed responsive.

Tribal EmploymentRights Office (TERO) Policies and Procedures will be followed for this bid process. Pleaserefer to Chapter 92 of the Cherokee Code for more information.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Dewberry located at 2301 Rexwoods Drive, Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27607, upon a non-refundable payment of $100.00
for each set. Payment must be made by check and made payable to Dewberry & Davis, Inc. The Architect/Engineer will require a 24-hour notice prior to pick up of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

Sets will be mailed, if requested, upon receipt of payment.
This Bid requires the mandatory attendance of the bidder at a Pre-Bid Conference. ThePre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 13th, 2010, at the GingerWelch Complex Community Room, 810 Acquoni Road, Cherokee, North Carolina.
