Telecommunications

This department is responsible for all Tribal telecommunications services to include PBX systems, Voice over IP (VOIP) systems, data and phone cabling for new projects and renovations, the Tribal cell phone program, and any fiber issues or concerns.

• Moves, adds & changes to existing lines (PBX and outside Verizon lines)
• New service lines & extensions
• Fiber locating
• Fiber installation & repair
• Moves, adds & changes on the VOIP system
• Cell phones
• Data and voice cabling
• Planning & consulting
• Voice-mail password setups & resets

Bob Long-Telecommunications Manager
Bob is the primary contact for consulting/project planning for all Telecommunications, cabling & fiber connectivity

Bryan Panther-VOIP Administrator
Bryan is the primary contact for voice over ip phones (VOIP) and cell phones.  He is also the PM for Document Management.

Mark McDowell-PBX Administrator
Mark is the primary contact for all issues and concerns for PBX systems and fiber locating.

Greg Smith -Telecommunications Specialist
Greg is the secondary point of contact for all PBX issues and fiber locating.
