The following information must be submitted with your Employment Applications to be considered for employment opportunities.
- Completed application in which all questions on application must be completely answered.
- A copy of your Driver’s License.
- A copy of your Social Security Card.
- A copy of your Tribal Enrollment Card if you are claiming Indian Preference or if claiming Indian Preference through a spouse you must attach a copy of your spouse’s enrollment card and marriage certificate.
- A valid copy of your DD-214 if you are claiming veteran’s preference
- If the position in which you are seeking requires specific credentials such as a degree, certifications, licensures and/or other pertinent documents you must attach copies of the required credentials verifying you meet that minimum requirement.
Applications submitted must be original; copies will not be accepted.
**All applications must be received by the Human Resources Department BEFORE 4:00pm on the dates that the job closes.
