Welcome to the EBCI’s Housing & Community Development (HCD) web page. At HCD we administer a variety of housing programs that assist eligible, low and moderate-income residents to purchase, rent or rehabilitate existing housing units in our communities. We are working hard to improve the quality of life in our communities, and we strive to create more livable neighborhoods that residents are proud to call home.
Applicants may visit the Housing Office at 85 Children’s Home Loop any time between 7:45 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for more information.
