Responsible for cash flow of the Tribe; provides payroll and accounts payable services for Tribal government; prepares and distributes the semi-annual percapita payments to Tribal members. Provides cash receipt and billings functions for Tribal programs; processes voluntary and involuntary garnishments for Tribal members; also conducts Tribal levy and privilege tax audits. Responsible for investments, debt service and cash management, and risk management of the Tribe.
